    It is good to set …
    It is good to set aside some time and stay consistent with it. The challenge with visualizing before bed is it is easy to dose off to sleep. However, I think it is good to visualize before you go to sleep and try to experience in your mind what you want to achieve for the following day and feel the emotions and feelings it will bring as you accomplish this. The more real it is in your mind the better.

    thanks for the encouragement! it’s not always easy to stay focused and visualize what you want, it ’s much easier to think of all the reasons you can’t do something. And yes it is well worth the effort of developing your mental abilities! Just keep at it and you will reap the rewards!
